The beautifully decorated master bedroom, on the ground floor, has an en-suite bathroom and large doors opening onto the garden. There are two further double bedroom with bathrooms on the ground floor, both leading onto the garden. On the first floor there are two twin bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a huge terrace with superb views to the port.
A feature of this villa is the swimming pool, which overflows over a rock wall. There is a poolhouse with a seating area, a double bedroom and a shower room.
The house has central heating and satellite TV.
The kitchen is fully fitted.
ADSL (broadband) internet connection with WiFi.
The house comes with a live-in couple: she cleans and cooks and he looks after the garden and pool and can serve the table, if required. Their working hours are from 9 to 4 and their days off are, Thursdays and Sundays after lunch. If you require them to work longer hours, their charge will be €7.00/hour, with payment made directly to them. If the housekeeper is asked to cook for lunch and there are more than four people occupying the house, a cleaning woman is essential. As this is optional, the rate for the cleaner would be €9.00/hour, paid directly by the client.
