Villa Cafe is an elegant Spanish style house, furnished as a home with good furniture, pictures and carpets. It is set in a garden of some 4,500m2 in the hills on the edge of the Sotogrande development. The property is surrounded by trees and shrubs and looks over the Mediterranean and unspoilt countryside with no other houses in sight. In the very hot weather there is nearly always a breeze. It is one of the most secluded and private houses in Sotogrande.

The house is built on two floors. It consists of five bedrooms all with en-suite facilities; two bedrooms with double beds upstairs, each with their own terrace; one bedrooms with double bed and two bedrooms with twin beds downstairs. There is one sitting room with a large fireplace, seating for about ten people with two French windows giving access to the terraces. There is a study with broadband facilities. All rooms have electric ceiling fans, and there is under floor heating throughout. The kitchen has a dining area for use in the colder months. Cooking – There are two Neff wall-mounted ovens, a Miele plate-warming drawer, and Neff electric and gas hobs. There are two Neff dishwashers, three fridges, a deep freeze, microwave and Miele clothes washer and drier. There are ceiling fans in every room.

There are three terraces suitable for dining outside depending on the breeze. The main terrace has comfortable garden furniture seating about 12 people. The swimming pool, which can be heated, is away from the house. It has an electric cover which draws across and locks for safety. It has its own casita with WC and outside shower and changing room.

Sky Television with DVD and video are in the sitting room. There is also a TV in one of the bedrooms. There is a croquet set, and an adequate lawn for family croquet. There are two covered carports and the property has electric gates.

This fantastic villa is very near the Almenara Hotel, with its famed spa, restaurants and three golf courses.
