This house, finished in 2006, is set between Sotogrande and San Roque Golf Resort on the edge the woods with a stream between the two developments. It overlooks the trees and has a feeling of being in a lodge in the forest.
There are 3 levels in this property:
- Main/ground floor: Living room with fireplace, air-conditioning and bar once belonging to Sean Connery, a large kitchen with large dining table, two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and air-conditioning, a charming outdoor living room and a balcony overlooking the forest and the swimming pool area.
- Upper floor: There is a large master bedroom with air conditioning, walk-in closet and a large bathroom with Jacuzzi. There are two individual beds put together to make one large bed. The bedroom furniture once belonged to Sean Connery.
- Lower floor: Is an independent section of the house. It has its own large living room opening on to the garden and pool area, outdoor dining area, large fully equipped kitchen, laundry area, 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms: one of the bedrooms has a queen size folding bed in the wall and a fridge. Both bedrooms are air conditioned. The sixth bedroom has double bed and ens-uite shower room (no windows or air conditioning in this room).
Above the pool area there are two pool houses, one equipped with barbecue, and shower areas.
